April, 12 2014

”Two months ago I joined the East Europe Foundation as a Program Officer. East Europe Foundation is an organisation with a well-established reputation at the national and international level whose projects aim to empower Moldovan citizens and foster sustainable development through education and technical assistance that promote democracy, foster good governance and build economic prosperity. I enjoy a lot my new job because it comes in all shapes and sizes. It is a perfectly managed work environment that encourages continuous development and contribution from all employees.I am much honored to work here and to work with people who are intelligent, professional and supportive.Within the organization I manage programs focused on supporting NGO platforms and vulnerable groups, enhancing community mobilization and increasing youth participation as a cornerstone for the European transformation of Republic of Moldova.
At the East Europe Foundation I have the freedom to think outside the box, to be dynamic and to work side by side with citizens. My participation in the Legislative Fellows Program in USA gave me many ideas and perspectives on how to act, how to step up and how to change things in a society that strives to be democratic and prosperous.”
