December, 13 2013

From 11 to 13th of December Brent Israelsen, Assistant Public Affairs Officer, US Embassy Moldova, visited the new Access sites from Orhei, Ialoveni and Bender in order to see how the instructive and learning process is running in these 3 new groups. On this occasion, the students showed themselves very excited and happy to receive such an important US Embassy guest, and to offer them the chance to prove their language skills that each of them have acquired since the Access program started in their region.
The most interesting activity was prepared by Brent Israelsen who aimed to enhance all Access students' cultural knowledge regarding US symbols, in particular related to „Stars and Stripes" on the American flag. Since the audience was active, each site received a honorable present - the US flag -a a witness of democratic values of a democratic country, such as freedom, honesty and purity.
