First Thanksgiving celebrated at accessPlus Ungheni and Balti

accessPlus students from Ungheni and Balti celebrated their first Thanksgiving. Students had the chance to organize a potluck together with the teachers and assistants.
Everybody had the chance to share food with each other and discover more about this American holiday.
It is very important for our students to understand the importance of this day for American culture.
Students watch movies about the holiday followed by a debriefing organized by the teachers.
Then they have played board games and spend some fun time together.
accessPlus in Balti organized a drama club on that day and played various sketches related to Thanksgiving Day.

Previous news
On April 5th, Access Students from Soroca had a special guest. They have met Jonathan Wolfington, Cultural Attache of the U.S. Embassy in Moldova.
During the whole March, AIESEC Moldova international volunteers have visited all Access sites. They have presented a lesson about 17 Sustainable Development Goals together with Access teachers and assistants.
Since the Books and Blogs module is over, Access Students have started the second module called "Public speaking and Leadership"
